An aging conservatory teacher establishes an avant-garde music seminar to lure students, murdering them as a sacrifice to a demon in exchange for maintaining his youthful appearance by transferring his age to an old promotional head shot of himself. When the conservatory closes during a pandemic, the demon sends the teacher to a nearby fenny forest in the middle of the night to hunt a crimson fairy.

"Anthony J. Laurano: Ordained: 1950. Retired in 1995. Sued. Placed on leave in 2002. Accused of abuse of a boy in 1991. Indicted on two counts of child rape in 2005. Also accused of abuse of a mentally disabled man and, in 1970, the abuse of a 25-year-old seminarian. Name dropped from the 2003 Catholic Directory because of allegations, per Boston Globe in 3/03. Involuntary laicization announced in 3/07. Died 5/27/07 just prior to criminal trial. Name included on the archdiocese’s list in 8/11."

I was never touched but it is still disturbing to be aware of how easily I could have been a victim.
